對於生活在都市的我們，短暫假期是一件多麼神聖的事情啊！記得小時候，那時還沒有週休二日的規定，每個星期六就是我最痛苦的日子，整個上午心不守舍，學習效果其差無比。還好，這些年感覺上因為週休二日，整個社會跟環境都因此有了很大的改變，大家開始越來越注重生活品質，也越來越注意環境保護。
每個禮拜能夠有整整兩天的時間休息，真的好幸福啊！要好好珍惜啊！
你都如何安排自己的假期呢？出去逛街買物、看場電影、運動一下還是悶在床上睡大頭覺？都很好。如果能趁此機會出外走走，那就更好了。
出走的意義，往往是讓人重新認識體會自己現在的生命價值，開拓自己的經驗，同時感受個人與環境之間的緊密聯繫。
